Where fish cauliflower
Materials

Method

Cauliflower dolma
Materials
1 medium sized cauliflower, 2 dried chillies, half a teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, salt oil as expected, half a teaspoon of hot spices, half a teaspoon of whole hot spices (small cardamom, cinnamon, Clove), 1 teaspoon of adabata, 5 chopped green chillies, half a cup of sour curd, 1 teaspoon of gram flour and 1 teaspoon of ghee.
Method
Heat ghee in a pan and make pur with half masalabata (ginger, chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala and salt) and yoghurt. Take a little of that pur and put it inside the cauliflower. Apply a little oil on the cauliflower and bake in the oven (10-15 minutes). Heat oil in another pan and fry the whole hot spices. Drain with the rest of the spices. Add yoghurt, gram flour and salt. Cauliflower paste

Method
