POBNEWS24, Dhaka Mar 18, 2021 :Just as high blood pressure is harmful to the body, low blood pressure can be a cause for concern. A healthy person’s blood pressure is 120/80. When blood pressure is lower than normal, blood flow to the heart, brain and other parts of the body decreases. It can cause dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness and even death. If you have any of the following symptoms, you must consult a doctor.
Headache
Dizziness
Exhaustion
Nausea
Decreased vision
Pale skin
Loss of consciousness
If these symptoms occur, you must consult a doctor. At the same time, there are a few things to follow in daily life.
Eat less frequently:
Try to eat a few times a day in small portions without eating more than once. By doing this you will never feel very hungry and you will not feel sick. If necessary, make it a habit to eat 6 times a day.
Eating salt:
Although eating salt may be bad for the body, everyone should eat a certain amount of salt. The World Health Organization says a person should eat one teaspoon of salt every day. It can be with fruits or vegetables. You can’t stay healthy by eliminating salt from your diet. When it is hot, eat it with salt in lemon water. The body will be better.
Liquid foods:
Try to drink enough water during the day. You can also drink coconut water, bell juice or any seasonal fruit juice. Vedana juice is very effective for those who have low blood pressure.
Caffeine:
Drinking tea or coffee immediately lowers blood pressure, but only temporarily. Although the exact explanation behind this is not yet known.
Basil leaves:
Basil leaves contain vitamin C, magnesium, potassium. These ingredients help to keep blood pressure normal. Make it a habit to chew 4/6 basil leaves every morning.
Almond milk:
Soak the almonds overnight at 7/8. Get up in the morning and mix it with hot milk and eat it. This milk will control your blood pressure. Some kind of saturated fat or cholesterol is taken in this milk. So try to eat in peace.
