POBNEWS24, Dhaka May 23, 2025 : The Meteorological Office has predicted that daytime temperatures across the country may increase slightly today. There may be isolated rains during this time, but there is no possibility of heavy rain.
The regular weather forecast for Friday (May 23) said that today, there may be temporary gusty winds and light to moderate rain/thunderstorm accompanied by lightning at some places in Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions and one or two places in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions.
During this time, daytime temperatures across the country may increase slightly and nighttime temperatures may remain almost unchanged.
Meteorologist Hafizur Rahman said that tomorrow, Saturday, some places in Dhaka, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions and one or two places in Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Khulna divisions may experience temporary gusty winds, accompanied by lightning/rain/thunderstorm.
He said that there is a possibility of low pressure forming in the sea on the 27th. After that, the rainfall will increase again. For now, there may be light to moderate rain for the next few days.
