POBNEWS24, DhakaOct 28, 2021:He has full faith in astrology, and the astrologer forbids him to wear black. Even after that, Nusrat Faria appeared in ‘Big Stage Star’ wearing black sari. Dilara Hanif Purnima started the discussion with black dress based on this formula. In response, the model, presenter, singer and actress said, ‘I know why the astrologer forbade me to wear black. That said, the more black is avoided, the better. But I really want to wear black. Black is a color that makes me feel beautiful. Looks fit. Feels a little less thick. All in all, black is my favorite color. ‘
Then Purnima wanted to know why she did not obey the astrologer. Faria replied, ‘Looking at the black sari today, I thought, whatever is on my forehead, I will wear the black sari on the occasion of Purnima Apur. I took a little risk. Because you have to take risks in life. ‘
This time Purnima took the topic to the other side, ‘You started in the media as an RJ (radio jockey).’ Quickly corrected the information, Faria said, ‘Not exactly RJ, presentation, my career started with presentation. I joined a radio station eight years ago. I have been presenting it since one and a half years ago. It can be said that I started my career as a presenter in the debate competition of Bangladesh Television. Then I study in 10th class or SSC. I used to argue. As soon as I started arguing, I was offered a presentation. At first in the competition the producer said to me, will you work as a bell ringer?
The bell rings every three or four minutes to end the debate. I do that work first. I was then offered a presentation. From then on, I started presenting small programs on different TV channels. I started working as an RJ in 2013. At the same time I used to do tuktuk modeling. Advertisements, photoshoots, occasional dress shoots. Then I started movies from 2015. ‘ Faria said continuously.
Nusrat Faria’s first work in film was in Calcutta. The first hero is Ankush. And the shooting was in London. Purnima asked Faria about those days.
At his request, Nusrat Faria began to tell the story, ‘We were in London for about 35 days. I have been abroad before but never stayed for so long. No Guardian went with me in the first film. But I had with me the daughter of Abdul Aziz Bhai of Jazz. I was getting some courage because he was there. But the fear was working a little. I thought, can I fit in with them? Can I work? Can I mix? What food? All in all, I was a little scared. But we managed to finish everything well. Now when I watch that movie, I remember the story behind each scene. I don’t remember the story of shooting another movie. But I remember the stories of the first movie. ‘
