Aryan had to pay a bond of one lakh rupees for bail. Aryan has been released in the custody of Bollywood actress and Shah Rukh’s friend Juhi Chawla. Judge N. W. Sambre signed a five-page order yesterday afternoon. However, at the end of the formalities, he did not reach the jail within the stipulated time. According to prison rules, they do not accept bail papers of any accused after 5.30 pm.

Aryan went to his parents in Manna at 11:20 today.

So, as per the rules, Arthur Road Jail did not accept the bail documents of the rest including Aryan. However, it was heard that Aryan was the son of a star, so maybe he could be given special benefits. Yesterday afternoon, Jail Superintendent Nitin Vaichal told Prothom Alo that Aryan and five other prisoners were one. There is no question of giving him special benefits.

The rest of the accused, including Aryan, will be released together. And only after scrutinizing the legal documents will everyone be released. So nothing will happen before 10 am tomorrow, Saturday. The jail superintendent confirmed that the legal process related to bail will start from 9:30 am today. All the other accused in the case, including Aryan, are being released together. So it will take a little longer. Aryan was not given any special benefits, nor will he.
