POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Dec 7, 2021 : Indian Foreign Secretary Harshvardhan Sringla has arrived in Bangladesh on a two-day state visit. He was received at the airport by Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Masud bin Momen. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh has given this information in a tweet.
The tweet further said that Harshvardhan Sringla could have a meeting with the Foreign Minister and Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
It is learned that Indian President Ramnath Kobind is coming to Dhaka on December 15 and 16 to attend the golden jubilee celebrations of the liberation war. President. He is coming to Bangladesh for the first time at the invitation of Abdul Hamid.
Besides, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is likely to visit Delhi in January 2022. The issue of Sheikh Hasina’s visit may be discussed during the bilateral meeting with Foreign Secretary Masood bin Momen.
The Indian Foreign Secretary may attend some more important meetings during his visit to Dhaka. The Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian High Commission are finalizing various programs for the visit.
