POBNEWS24, Dhaka, 12, 2022: Saudi Arabia has issued new guidelines for performing the holy Umrah. According to the new guidelines, the second Umrah can be performed at least 10 days after the first holy Umrah. This guide is for people of all ages. This was stated in a report in the Saudi Gazette on Wednesday. The new guidelines were also issued on Twitter by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
Those who wish to perform Umrah for the second time after performing Umrah for the first time will have to re-apply through the Itamarna or Tawakkalna app. After 10 days, they will be allowed to perform Umrah.
Coronavirus infections in Saudi Arabia have risen sharply in the past month. The new type of corona has again imposed social distance restrictions to prevent the spread of Omicron. Saudi Arabia has imposed a ban on wearing masks everywhere and maintaining social distance. In line with this, the same provision has been introduced in the two holy mosques of Mecca and Medina.
Earlier, there was talk of a 15-day break between the two Umrahs last year. Saudi Arabia withdrew the directive in October last year. Again, new instructions were given for a 10-day break due to increased corona infection.
