POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Mar 4, 2022 : Two years after the Kavid situation, it is going to be a solo concert by Rabindra Sangeet artist Anima Roy. It will be held at the National Museum auditorium tomorrow at 5 pm on the occasion of Bangabandhu’s birth centenary. The program is arranged with songs and some relevant words.
It is organized by ‘Amara Suryamukhi’ organization.
Anima Roy said, ‘We have been under house arrest for almost two years. In the meantime, I lost my father. Many have lost their sense of humor. This initiative is like an attempt to live anew. I want to do that life in this single event. And this year’s event is mainly on the occasion of Bangabandhu’s birth anniversary. So I have arranged the episode of the song in a few parts. ‘
Shafiqul Islam Selim, executive director of ‘Amara Suryamukhi’, the organizer of the event, said, ‘Anima Roy is an artist who has been practicing Rabindranath’s songs for a long time.
