The Bangladesh Islamic Foundation has convened a meeting of the National Moon Sighting Committee on Sunday to observe the month of Shawwal in the year 1443 AH. State Minister for Religious Affairs in the meeting room of the Islamic Foundation Baitul Mukarram at 7 pm. The committee will meet under the chairmanship of Faridul Haque Khan.

Tomorrow is Eid in Saudi Arabia
The moon of the holy month of Shawwal was not seen in the sky of Saudi Arabia on Saturday. Therefore, the holy Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated in the country next Monday.
Yesterday was the 29th of Ramadan in Saudi Arabia. As the moon cannot be seen, 30 Ramadan will be completed in that country on Sunday.
