POBNEWS24, Dhaka, June 22, 2022 : A devastating earthquake has shaken Paktika province in Afghanistan. At least 250 people were killed. Many more were injured.
The epicenter was reported below the ground, however; no tsunami alert was issued.
The magnitude 6.1 quake shook parts of Afghanistan and Pakistan. The US Geological Survey (USGS) said the quake’s epicenter was 44km from the southeastern Afghan city of Khost.
