POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Aug 10, 2022: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on Western countries to ban Russian tourists. Russia reacted angrily to Zelensky’s call.
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov condemned Volodymyr Zelensky’s proposal. Stating that they will see this matter very negatively, he said, any attempt to isolate Russia and Russians will not succeed.
In an interview with the Washington Post, Volodymyr Zelensky said that if Russian tourists are banned from Western countries, Russia will be in more trouble.
On Tuesday, Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas said in a tweet, stop issuing travel visas to Russians. Finland to ban Russian tourists.
Finnish Prime Minister Sana Marin said that while Russia is waging aggressive and brutal wars in Europe, Russians are traveling to Europe. This is not true at all.
