POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Nov 15, 2022 : Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has gone to Bali, Indonesia to attend the G20 summit. British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is present at the summit.
In a tweet from Narendra Modi’s office, it was reported that the Prime Minister of India had a conversation with Ushi Sunak.
According to BBC, what was discussed in their meeting is yet to be known.
However, after Rishi Sunak’s meeting with Narendra Modi, there was a talk. Earlier, Rishi Sunak had called and tweeted his congratulations to Modi on his ascension to power.
From the situation in Ukraine to the global food crisis, Modi spoke at the G-20 summit. He said, we all should implement necessary measures for peace, order and security as soon as possible. In the situation in Ukraine, we should all find a way to find a solution with ceasefire and peace.
Modi also said that after the Second World War, the whole world was going through a crisis. Then it became possible to maintain peace with the combined efforts of the state leaders. Now this responsibility falls on us.
Modi sat side by side with US President Joe Biden and French President Emmanuel Macron during the summit. There he discussed the food crisis and renewable energy.
Modi said that during the coronavirus pandemic, there was a food crisis around the world. It has more impact on poor people. Climate change is also an important issue in the world. In 2030, half of the world’s electricity supply will depend on renewable energy. We will be mindful of liberalizing this energy supply.
He also said that next year G20 summit will be organized in the holy land of Gandhi and Buddha i.e. India. Peace and order in the world will be discussed through the collective efforts of all.
Incidentally, the G-20 conference is scheduled to be held in India in the future.
