POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Mar 31, 2022 : A renewed bilateral agreement was signed between Bangladesh and Kuwait Armed Forces on Wednesday at the Army Multipurpose Complex in Dhaka Cantonment.
Adjutant General Major General in charge of the Bangladesh Army. Abu Saeed Siddique and Maj. Gen. Khaled Ali Hassan Haji Al Kandari signed the agreement on behalf of the Kuwaiti Army. The agreement emphasizes the deployment of members of the Bangladesh Army, their facilities and financial involvement.
According to ISPR, a three-member delegation of Kuwait Armed Forces arrived in Dhaka on March 26.
Later, on 26 and 29 March, discussions were held between the delegations of the armed forces of the two countries to sign the protocol agreement.
According to ISPR, Bangladesh Armed Forces has been working with good reputation for the reconstruction of friendly country Kuwait for 30 years. The Kuwaiti Armed Forces delegation highly appreciated the professionalism of the Bangladesh Army and expressed hope that the friendly relations between the two countries would continue in the future.
