POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Dec 21,2021: The president of the Magura District Nationalist Lawyers Forum has filed a case against two people, including former state minister for information and broadcasting Dr Murad Hasan, in the Senior Judicial Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
Advocate Roknuzzaman Khan, the plaintiff in the case, alleged that in an interview on December 1, the intentional Zia family and barrister Jaima Rahman made very ugly misogynistic remarks. Which is disgraceful for any woman. Which was later publicized and published by the No. 1 accused on his verified Facebook page.
Mohiuddin, the second accused, recorded this statement and uploaded it on YouTube. That is why he is angry and has filed a case in the Senior Judicial Magistrate’s Court today. The court has fixed January 4 for the order after taking the statement.
