On Monday (September 23), he left Dhaka for the United States on Qatar Airlines flight QR-643 at 5:05 am.
A delegation of 57 members will participate in this session under the leadership of the Chief Adviser. The high-level debate session of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly begins on September 24. On September 27, the Chief Adviser will address the General Debate of the UN General Assembly. In his speech, it is said that he will present his strong conviction to build a public system, welfare-oriented and dedicated to the public interest.
The theme of this year’s UN General Debate is ‘Leaving No One Behind: Working Together to Advance Peace, Sustainable Development and Human Dignity for Present and Future Generations.’ This year’s theme is very meaningful in the context of global crisis of trust, multilateralism, conflict caused by neglecting the path of negotiation, violation of human rights, unimaginable progress in science and information technology, addressing global challenges, absence of effective and coordinated action to implement sustainable development.
