POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Nov 10, 2022 : This year’s T20 World Cup has given rise to all the strange upsets. All calculations and predictions have changed over time. Pakistan, who were eliminated from the Super Twelve, became the first team to reach the final. England will be their partner in the title fight to be held in Melbourne on November 13.

Jos Buttler’s team blew away India by 10 wickets in the second semi-final today on Thursday with the devastating bat of Buttler-Hales.

England got off to a dream start in Adelaide in a run chase. The opening pair continued to progress with the devastating batting of captain Jos Buttler and Alex Hales. 63 runs came in the power play. Hales picked up a fifty off 28 balls. The opening pair reached three figures in 10.1 overs. The Indian bowlers did not care. Buttler also completed his fifty in 36 balls. In this pair, England reached the port of victory with 10 wickets and 24 balls in hand. Captain Buttler remained unbeaten on 80 off 49 balls with 9 fours and 3 sixes and Hales remained unbeaten on 86 off 47 balls with 4 fours and 7 sixes. Almost all of India’s bowlers were beaten.

Earlier, after losing the toss and batting, India scored 168 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs. Both India’s openers failed on this day. Lokesh Rahul 5 and Rohit Sharma returned by playing a slow innings of 27 runs off 28 balls. Suryakumar Yadav, who batted devastatingly in the entire tournament, was the victim of Adil Rashid by scoring 14 runs off 10 balls and 1 four and 1 six. Kohli picked up a 39-ball fifty in a responsible batting down to three. Hardik Pandya’s fourth wicket partnership came with 60 runs from 40 balls. Hardik, who picked up a fifty in 29 balls, played an innings of 63 runs in 33 balls with 4 boundaries and 5 over boundaries. England’s Jordan took 3 wickets but gave 43 runs.
