POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Nov 18, 2022 : The weather in the country may remain dry today and Friday. At the same time, in the next 24 hours, there may be light fog at some places, said the Meteorological Department. Besides, the low pressure created in the Bay of Bengal is unlikely to reach Bangladesh, said meteorologists.
Meanwhile, the minimum temperature of the country has slightly increased.
Last Friday (November 18) morning, the lowest temperature in the country was 14.2 degrees Celsius at Srimangal in Moulvibazar. Earlier on Thursday morning, the lowest temperature in the country was 12.4 degrees Celsius in Panchagarh’s Tentulia.
And in Dhaka, the temperature has slightly increased from 19 degrees Celsius to 20 degrees Celsius.
According to the Meteorological Department, the low pressure is prevailing over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas. It can be condensed. An extension of the subcontinental high pressure belt extends over Bihar and adjoining areas.
The India Meteorological Department said the low pressure may intensify into a low pressure. It may cross the coast through Tamil Nadu-Pundracherry and southern Andhra Pradesh in western and northwestern direction.
Meanwhile, the weather forecast for the next 24 hours from 9:00 am on Friday said that the weather may remain dry throughout the country with temporary partly cloudy skies. Some parts of the country may experience light fog in the morning.
Meanwhile, night and day temperatures across the country may remain almost unchanged, there is no possibility of significant changes in the weather in the next three days.
