POBNEWS24, Desk report Nov 28, 2024 : On the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has issued a heartfelt message for the Palestinian people. In his message, he reiterated India’s continued support for the development of the Palestinian people.
He said, “As we observe the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. I reiterate India’s continued support for the development of the people of Palestine”.
Prime minister Narendra Modi said, “ India has been a steadfast development partner in fulfilling the aspirations of the Palestinian people. India will continue to stand with them in this journey, including through the implementation of people centre projects in diverse sector based on their needs and priorities. Our ongoing support to the United nations to carry out their activities in the region attests to our desire to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of the Palestinian people”.
Prime Minister said, “the on going conflict has resulted in tragic loss of lives and caused immense suffering for the people of Palestine and the broader West Asia region. India remains deeply concerned at the current security nd humanitarian situation. India calls for an immediate ceasefire, an end to all acts of terrorism ,the release of hostages and the sustained delivery of humanitarian assistance to the people of Palestine”.
He said, “India firmly believes that dialogue and diplomacy are the keys to a lasting and peaceful solution. India has always supported a negotiated two-state solution, leading to the establishment of a sovereign, independent and viable State of Palestine, living side by side in peace with Israel”.
Prime Minister Said, I join the people of India in wishing the Palestinian people a peaceful and prosperous future.
