POBNEWS24,Dhaka, Aug 10, 2021:The New Zealand cricket team is coming to Bangladesh to play a five-match T20 series. They will set foot in Dhaka on August 24. New Zealand Cricket announced a 16-member squad for the tour on Monday night.
No player of the upcoming T20 World Cup team of Black Caps is coming to Bangladesh. Regular captains Ken Williamson, Martin Guptill, Devon Conway, Jimmy Neesham, Trent Bolt, Tim Southee, Kyle Jamieson, Matt Henry, Ish Sodhi, Mitchell Santner, Tim Seifert, Lucky Ferguson, Mark Chapman, Daryl Mitchell, Glenn, Players like Todd Astle are not in the squad.
Wicketkeeper-batsman Tom Latham will lead the Kiwis in the Bangladesh tour. The first of the five-match T20 series between the two teams will be held on September 1. The remaining four matches will be played on September 3, 5, 6 and 10 respectively.
