POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Mar 28, 2022 : The meteorological office has forecast thundershowers and thunderstorms over six parts of the country. The meteorological office gave the forecast on Monday (March 26).
It has been predicted that in some parts of Sylhet division, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and a couple of places in Chittagong division, there may be temporary gusts / thundershowers and thundershowers.
The forecast also said that the increase in western light pressure is located in the foothills of the Himalayan region of West Bengal and adjoining areas.
The normal light pressure of the season is in the South Bay.
In this condition till Tuesday (March 29) in some parts of Sylhet division and Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and a couple of places in Chittagong division there may be temporary gusts / thundershowers. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will be mostly dry with temporary partly cloudy skies.
Meanwhile, mild heat wave is sweeping over Rajshahi, Pabna and Chuadanga districts. Daytime temperatures could rise slightly across the country and nighttime temperatures could remain almost unchanged, the meteorological office said.
