POBNEWS24,Brunei Desk report, Nov 12, 2023 : His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, as Royal Patron of the Royal Brunei Polo Association, consented to lead the horseback riding recreation activity on Sunday.
The event, organised by the Royal Brunei Polo Association, was held in conjunction with the 77th birthday celebration of His Majesty.
Accompanying His Majesty during the horse ride were His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen, His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah, and Her Royal Highness Princess ‘Azemah Ni’matul Bolkiah as President of the Royal Brunei Polo Association, and other members of the royal family.
His Majesty’s arrival at the Jerudong Park Polo and Riding Club, was welcomed by Chairman of the Royal Brunei Polo Association Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Sanggamara Diraja Mejar Jeneral (Rtd) Pengiran Haji Ibnu Basit bin Pengiran Datu Penghulu Pengiran Haji Apong.
