Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury said that the country’s economy is dynamic even in the Kavid situation due to the timely decision of the Prime Minister. He was speaking as the chief guest at the Iftar party organized by the Grand Hall of Family World at Asadgate of Pirganj (Rangpur) Association in Dhaka on Friday. At this time he greeted everyone on the occasion of holy month of Ramadan and Bengali New Year-1429.
Pirganj (Rangpur) Association President ANM Al Firoz presided over the function. Engineer SM Golam Mostafa, a member of the advisory council and former general secretary of the association Sirajul Islam Siraj, former president of the association Md. Jahangir Alam and former Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Selima Khatun.
The chief guest said. Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury said the Prime Minister has also provided incentives at individual and institutional level to address the adverse situation of Kavid with the ongoing trend of development activities at all levels of the country.
The Speaker said that the people of Pirganj are at the mercy of the Prime Minister all the time. Therefore, all kinds of welfare activities including improvement of living standards of the town are being carried out in consultation with the Prime Minister and he hoped that this trend would continue in future also.
