POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Apr 1, 2022 : The National Moon Sighting Committee will meet tomorrow to review the news of the sighting of the moon and decide on the date of the holy month of Ramadan 1443 AH. It will be held tomorrow, Saturday (April 2) at 7:30 pm in the conference room of the Islamic Foundation at Baitul Mukarram. Hon’ble State Minister for Religious Affairs Md. Faridul Haque Khan MP will preside over the meeting of the National Moon Sighting Committee.
The Islamic Foundation said in a press release on Friday (April 1).
According to the notification, if the moon of the holy month of Ramadan is seen anywhere in the sky of Bangladesh, it is requested to inform the following telephone and fax numbers or the Deputy Commissioner or Upazila Nirbahi Officer of the concerned district.
