Due to its success, the company connected the bus counter management service to the app. Gradually, passengers became involved in ticket management of many privately owned buses in Dhaka as well as Sylhet and Chittagong.
Within two years of its establishment, one thousand passengers have been working with Inter City or Antzela and City buses. So far, the company has sold 3.5 million bus tickets to Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet. Passengers were also involved in the bus ticket management of the government agency BTRC last year. In addition, the startup has launched a ride sharing app this year. Through this microbus can be rented. Interested drivers offer different fares when a passenger sends a request through the app. Then he can choose the car according to the passenger’s choice.
The Bangladesh and Singapore-based startup has received US ১২ 1.2 million in foreign investment. In Bangladeshi currency which is more than 100 million rupees (1 dollar = 75 rupees). The ‘Pre-Series A’ has been invested in Passenger by Chinese company Reflect, Singapore-based BTFV Vision Fund and SBK Tech Ventures. In addition, the startup has previous investors. When a new venture shows good results in the market with initial capital, they are invested in this category. His next step is to invest in pre-series.
