POBNEWS 24, Dhaka June 26, 2025 : The Iranian Embassy has expressed its gratitude to Bangladesh for expressing solidarity with the Iranian nation against the military aggression of Zionist Israel and its supporters. The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Dhaka expresses its gratitude for the statements and statements made by the government, people and various institutions of Bangladesh in recent days, a press release said on Thursday (June 26).
The statement added that this solidarity, expressed through peaceful gatherings, sympathetic speeches and clear positions of the people of Bangladesh, academics and social and political activists from all walks of life, is a clear reflection of human awareness and a deep commitment to the principles of justice, freedom and national dignity. This resistance of the Iranian people is a reflection of the national will, which is an expression of the strong commitment to protect the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. At the same time, it is sending a clear message to the world against hegemony and violation of international law.
The Islamic Republic of Iran firmly believes that resistance to aggression is not only a legal right but also a moral and human duty. We reiterate that solidarity among nations is of utmost importance in confronting violence, aggression and expansionist policies.
