POBNEWS24, Dhaka, June 22, 2022 : Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said, “We have taken all necessary measures to deal with the floods. I also talked about the next steps after the flood. He made the remarks at a press conference at the Prime Minister’s Office on Wednesday (June 22).
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, “We have made arrangements for dry and cooked food, food saline and medicine in the flood affected areas.
We are ready to deal with the diseases that can be caused by floods. We also have the ability to deal with normal levels of flooding.
The Prime Minister said, “As you know, as soon as I got the news of the flood, I directed the rescue and relief operations.” Without delay, we have deployed the civil administration as well as the army, navy, air force, Border Guard Bangladesh and the Coast Guard, the police force.
