POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Nov 5, 2022 : The eighth season of Pakistan Super League (PSL) will start from February 9 next year. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released the names of the players in the players’ draft for the tournament. Bangladeshi cricketers are also in the list.
There are 214 foreign cricketers in the preliminary list of the draft.
Seven Bangladeshi cricketers have been included in the list including Shakib Al Hasan, Tamim Iqbal. Shakib Al Hasan, the best T20 all-rounder, is the only one from Bangladesh in the platinum category of the players’ draft. Besides, Tamim Iqbal, Taskin Ahmed, Mehdi Hasan, Mahmudullah Riyad are in the diamond category.
Apart from this, star batter Liton Das and pacer Ebadat Hossain are in the gold category.
