POBNEWS24, Dhaka, April 21, 2022 : US-Bangla Airlines, one of the largest private airlines in Bangladesh, has taken an initiative to make meritorious students pilots at its own expense.
According to a press release of US-Bangla,
those meritorious Bangladeshi youths who have got GPA-5 in SSC and HSC including Mathematics and Physics in the science department or Grade-B in at least two subjects (Mathematics and Physics) at this level will be eligible to apply.
Science graduates from reputed universities can also apply. Age should be maximum 25 years at the time of application. Height 5 feet 4 inches minimum, it said.
All the candidate selection process will be completed with the cooperation and overall supervision of Bangladesh Air Force. Initially, 50 candidates will be selected from among those who have passed all the tests.
The selected candidates will be sent to the world renowned Flying Academy at the expense of US-Bangla Airlines. Successful pilots will be able to join US-Bangla Airlines after successfully completing two years of training.
The selection process of student pilots includes IQ test, written and oral test and other necessary tests. Any kind of lobbying will be considered as disqualification of the candidate. You can apply online at usbair.com/career/studentpilot. Last date of application: 5 May 2022.
