POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Oct 21, 2022 : Chinese Ambassador Li Jiming called on H.E. Dr. A. K. A. Momen, MP, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh today.
The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations, regional and international situation as well as repatriation of displaced people from Myanmar.
Kazi Russel Pervez, Director-General of the East Asia & Pacific Wing, Miah Md. Mainul Kabir, Director-General of the Myanmar Wing, Md. Emdadul Islam Chowdhury, Director-General of the Foreign Minister’s Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Zeng Wei, Head of Political Section of the Embassy, were present during the call-on.
After the call-on, Ambassador Li Jiming presented the fourth volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China to Dr. Momen as a gift.
