POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Aug 14, 2022: On the occasion of the 47th martyrdom anniversary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the National Day of Mourning, special prayers and prayers have been called for in all mosques except Johor on Monday (August 15).
The Islamic Foundation made this call in a press release on Sunday (August 14).
It is said in the notification that all concerned including Khatibs, Imams and Mosque Committees of all mosques in the country have been specially requested to take necessary measures regarding special prayers.
Apart from this, the Islamic Foundation has organized a special prayer and Milad Mahfil in all the departmental and district offices of the Islamic Foundation including the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, 50 Islamic Missions, 7 Imam Training Academies and mass education centers of mosque-based children and mass education programs.
