POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Apr 7, 2022 : The admission test for the first year of graduation of 2021-22 academic year is going to start from 3rd June at Dhaka University (DU). The final decision will be announced on Thursday. If all goes well, the admission war will start this year through the admission test of the ‘C’ unit of the business education faculty.
These preliminary decisions regarding the admission test were taken at the meeting of DU Deans Committee on Wednesday.
Vice Chancellor Professor Akhtaruzzaman presided over the meeting. Deans of different faculties including Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Prof. Muhammad Samad, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Prof. ASM Maqsood Kamal were present. However, the final decision will be taken at the meeting of the ‘General Admission Committee’ on Thursday. Several members of the Deans Committee confirmed the information to Kaler Kantha.
In this regard, Professor Muhammad Samad said, ‘Initially some decisions have been taken in the meeting of Deans Committee regarding the admission test of 2021-22 academic year. It will come up in the meeting of General Admission Committee tomorrow. There, with the consent of all, the date and all matters will be finalized. ‘
According to the meeting sources, initially this year, the admission test for the ‘C’ unit of the business education faculty will be held on June 3, the admission test for the ‘B’ unit of the arts faculty will be held on June 4, the admission test for the ‘A’ unit of the science faculty will be held on June 10. The examination will be held on June 11 and the admission test (general knowledge) of ‘F’ unit of the Faculty of Fine Arts will be held on June 18. Admission test will be held in eight divisional cities like last time. Admission application fee submission process will start from 20th April and will end on 10th May.
