POBNEWS24, Dhaka, Apr 7, 2022 : Due to coronavirus situation, Eid Jamaat has not been held in Sholakia of Kishoreganj for last two years. This time Eid-ul-Fitr prayers will be held in Sholakia. This will be the 195th congregation of Eid-ul-Fitr. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Sholakia Eidgah Management Committee held at the Deputy Commissioner’s meeting room on Wednesday noon.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of committee chairman and deputy commissioner Mohammad Shamim Alam.
The meeting was told that the decision was taken in consultation with a high-level government as the situation in Corona had improved somewhat. Once again, security arrangements will be made with the highest priority. Jamaat will start at 10 am. Chairman of Bangladesh Islahul Muslimeen Parishad Maulana Farid Uddin Masood will preside over it. It has been advised not to bring anything in the congregation except Jainamaz and mask. Two special trains will be arranged for the devotees.
