POBNEWS24, Desk report Dhaka, Feb 10,2025: The Saudi government must complete all contracts with Hajj service providers by February 14. Under no circumstances will the time be extended. With only four days left to complete the contracts, almost half of the registered Hajj pilgrims have not yet completed their contracts.
Religious Affairs Advisor AFM Khalid Hossain gave this information at a press conference at the Secretariat on Monday (February 10).
He said that 87,100 people have registered for Hajj. Of these, 5,200 are under government management and 81,900 are under private management.
The advisor said that all contracts of those who registered under government management have been completed. For those who registered under private management, many agencies are slow in completing contracts.
