Today, Friday (April 22) at 11 o’clock in the first phase of the government primary school assistant teacher recruitment examination began. State Minister Zakir Hossain said this after visiting Eden College Center in the capital.
The state minister said the government has taken various steps to improve the quality of primary education. Recruitment of such a large number of teachers is one of them. ‘
Primary school teacher recruitment test begins in three steps. The first phase has been held in 22 districts of the country today. The second phase will be held on May 20 in 30 districts and the third phase will be held on June 3 in 31 districts.
The written test for the first phase of recruitment of 45,000 assistant teachers started at 11 am on Friday. The one-hour test ended at 12 noon. 13 lakh 9 thousand 461 candidates have applied for 45 thousand posts. As such, 29 candidates are fighting for each post.
