5 more people die of dengue in Bangladesh

POBNEWS24 Dhaka Nov 15,2025 : Five more people have died of dengue fever in Bangladesh in the last 24 hours. The number of deaths from dengue this year has reached 331. During this time, 792 new infected people have been admitted to the hospital.
This information was given in the dengue report of the Directorate General of Health Services on Saturday (November 15).
It said that among those hospitalized due to dengue in the last 24 hours, 347 are from Dhaka City Corporation and the rest are outside Dhaka City. So far this year, 83,858 people have been hospitalized due to dengue. Of these, 80,243 have been discharged. 331 people have died.
It is worth noting that in 2023, the highest number of dengue patients in the country’s history was 3 lakh 21 thousand 179 patients and 1 thousand 705 people died.
