POBNEWS24, New Jersey USA Sept 3, 2025 :  Regardless of age difference, sexual desire is fulfilled only when the mind is the same. There is no barrier in this. Body and mind are all good.
A former teacher at Wall Township High School in New Jersey, USA, had sexual relationships with her students. She made two students sleep with her. After the matter was revealed, she was expelled from the school. She pleaded guilty in court. This was reported by Online New Jersey. The complaint states that 37-year-old Julie Rizzitello had sexual relationships with two students in the Belmar, Brick and Wall areas between 2017 and 2019. After pleading guilty, prosecutors said that Rizzitello could be sentenced to 10 years in prison. In addition, she will have to register as a sex offender, be on parole for life and be permanently banned from holding any public office. The verdict in the case will be announced in 2026.

Monmouth County Prosecutor Romand S. Santiago said in a statement Tuesday that Rigitello, a resident of Brick Township, New Jersey, admitted to having sexual relations with two separate students. He pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree sexual assault before Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Jill G. O’Malley. A sentencing date is set for Friday, Jan. 9, 2026. Prosecutors said they are recommending a sentence of 10 years in prison, registration as a sex offender under Megan’s Law, lifetime parole supervision, and permanent disqualification from public employment or office. The investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office’s Special Victims Bureau and Wall Township Police found that Rigitello had sexual relations with separate victims over a period of several years.

The incidents occurred in the Brick, Wall and Belmar areas. The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and Brick Township Police assisted in the investigation. He was arrested on July 3, 2024, at his home in Brick Township. He was initially charged with two counts of sexual assault, attempted witness tampering, and three counts of sexual assault. He was later indicted on July 16 with additional charges of sexual assault and witness tampering. He was released on bail on July 23 under conditional supervision. The investigation revealed that Rizzitello had sexual relations with the first victim in Belmar from May 18 to June 14, 2024. Police records state that during this time, they had a full physical relationship.

The sexual relationship had begun in April. On the other hand, the second victim told detectives from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office that they had sexual relations at Rizzitello’s home in Brick Township from November 23, 2017, to January 21, 2018. She submitted photos and text messages as evidence. “This former teacher’s actions are a betrayal of the victims and the entire school community,” said Wall Township Police Chief Sean O’Halloran. “We honor the courage of those who have come forward and commend the dedication of our officers and partner agencies in this case. Protecting our youth is our top priority.” Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutor Kerri-Leigh Schafer is prosecuting the case. Mitch Ansell is representing the defendant.
